*Disclaimer: All machines are rigorously tested by a team of two authorized technicians immediately prior to shipping. All Jets, Pumps, Machines and connections thereto are guaranteed to be in working order when they leave our warehouse. All parts are carefully packed. Renter agrees that machine is in good operating order unless renter faxes completed agreement at least two weeks in advance of date needed. This will leave enough time for you to receive the machine and test it to your satisfaction. Renters who elect to rent the machine at the last minute (less than two weeks advance notice) understand that they may not have enough time to set-up the machine properly or read the instructions carefully. Rental costs will not be reimbursed for machines unless it is tested and problems reported at least two days prior to event - enough time for us to either refund or repair any problems. Renter agrees to forfeit any refund request if ordered less than two weeks in advance of date needed.
